I’m a SAG-AFTRA actor with an MBA, but before any of that, I was just a kid sitting on the floor with a Nintendo controller in my hands. The first time I played the NES, something clicked. The music, the challenge, the look of those games, it all stuck with me.
A few years ago, I started collecting complete-in-box Nintendo games. Not to show off, but because it brought that same feeling back. There’s something about holding the box, flipping through the manual, and seeing the art the way it was meant to be seen. It’s history you can touch.
That’s really what BoxVania is about. It’s me taking something I’ve loved my whole life and trying to build it into something real. Right now I’m focused on NES games and consoles, but it’s more than that. It’s about keeping that old-school magic alive, the feeling you got when gaming was simple and exciting and new.
Acting taught me patience and honesty. The MBA helped me figure out how to turn an idea into something that can actually work. BoxVania brings both sides together. It’s personal. It’s something I’m proud of. And it’s just the start.
